Welcome to Listo ("the App"). This End User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you may use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. Eligibility & Child Safety
The App is designed to be safe for all ages, including children under 13. Parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing and approving the use of the App by children.
The App does not contain harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe content.
3. User Accounts

4. Acceptance of Updated Terms

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Listo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Listo Premium") that provides additional features including ad removal, receipt scanning, and receipt image saving.
- Price: $0.99/month
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
8. Data We Collect

9. Data Sharing
We may share aggregated and anonymized information with trusted third parties for analytics, market insights, feature improvement, and infrastructure and processing.
